Consulting
Assessment, requirements and roadmap — establishing what you have before deciding what you need.
Overview
Most technology projects begin with a purchase request and work backwards. We prefer the other order: understand the business requirement, assess the current estate honestly, then decide what the right answer is — which is occasionally to change nothing.
The output is a documented current state, a target architecture and a phased roadmap with dependencies, risks and costs mapped — enough for a business to make a decision, not just an engineer.
Requirement led
We start from what the business has to achieve, not from a product line.
Current state documented
Inventory, utilisation, dependencies and risk captured before recommendations are made.
Phased and costed
Sequenced work with dependencies, downtime windows and budget mapped per phase.
